We offer custom wholesale orders that are made specifically to suit your needs. Every order is hand-sorted with care, allowing us to tailor selections around your preferred brands, quantities, grades, or styles where possible. As these orders are prepared especially for each customer, please allow up to 4 weeks for sourcing, sorting, and dispatch.

All custom orders are created specifically for you, with a minimum order of 25 pieces, and are prepared carefully based on your agreed brief and chosen grade (A–D). Once everything is confirmed, full payment is taken before sourcing begins so we can start hand-selecting your order. As each custom order is made to order, returns and refunds aren’t available once sourcing has started, but we always work closely with you to make sure expectations are clear from the start. While exact brands or styles can’t be guaranteed, we aim to match your request as closely as possible. Once your order is dispatched, it becomes your responsibility, and we’ll always provide tracking for peace of mind.
