Grading Guarantee

We take grading seriously. Every item we sell is individually inspected and graded to ensure transparency, consistency, and confidence when buying wholesale from us.

Our grading system is designed specifically for vintage and pre-owned wholesale, where age, character, and wear are part of the product. Vintage items are not new, but major surprises should never be expected.

Before any order is packed and dispatched, each garment goes through a structured inspection process. Every item is individually handled and checked, with overall condition, fabric integrity, and wear assessed under proper lighting. Branding, labels, and key features are verified before garments are sorted and packed according to the advertised grade. Only once this process is complete are items approved for shipment.

Vintage clothing naturally shows signs of wear. Light fading, colour variation, minor bobbling, small marks that do not affect wearability, and general age-related character are all normal and reflected in the grading. Variations in size, fit, era, or branding within the same label are also expected in authentic vintage wholesale. These characteristics do not qualify as faults unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description.

An item will only be considered significantly not as described if it contains major undisclosed damage. This includes large visible holes or tears, severe staining inconsistent with the advertised grade, major structural issues affecting wearability, or an incorrect brand or product type compared to the listing. General wear, resale value, or personal expectations do not qualify as faults.

If you believe an item is significantly not as described, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographic or video evidence is required for review. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. For wholesale orders, we may offer a partial refund for specific affected items rather than requiring a full return. Full box returns remain subject to our returns policy.
