We take grading seriously. Every item we sell is individually checked and graded to ensure transparency, consistency, and confidence when buying wholesale from us.

Our grading system is designed specifically for vintage and pre-owned wholesale, where character and wear are part of the product — but surprises shouldn’t be.

Our Grading Process

Before any order is packed and dispatched, every item goes through a structured inspection process:

  Each garment is individually handled and checked

  We assess overall condition, fabric integrity, and wear
  
• 
  Branding, labels, and key features are verified
  
• 
  Items are checked under proper lighting to identify visible flaws
  
• 
  Garments are sorted and packed according to the advertised grade
  

Only once this process is complete are items approved for shipment.

What Our Grading Means

Vintage clothing is not new. Natural wear, age-related fading, and minor imperfections are expected and reflected in the grading.

Acceptable Within Grading

The following are considered normal and do not qualify as faults unless stated otherwise in the product description:

  Light fading or colour variation
  
• 
  Minor bobbling or fabric texture changes
  
• 
  Small marks that do not affect wearability
  
• 
  Natural vintage wear consistent with age
  
• 
  Size, fit, or era-based variations
  
• 
  Branding variations within the same label or era
  

These characteristics are part of authentic vintage wholesale.

What Is Considered “Not As Described”

An item may be considered significantly not as described only if it includes:

• 
  Large, clearly visible holes or tears not disclosed
  
• 
  Major structural damage affecting wearability
  
• 
  Severe staining not aligned with the advertised grade
  
• 
  Incorrect brand or product type compared to the listing
  

General wear or minor imperfections do not qualify.

If There’s an Issue

If you believe an item is significantly not as described:

• 
  You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  
• 
  Clear photographic or video evidence is required
  
• 
  Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted
  

For wholesale orders, we may offer a partial refund for affected items rather than requiring a full return, where appropriate.

Full box returns remain subject to our standard 14-day returns policy.
